SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We deliver worldwide. An estimated delivery time is displayed on the order summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.

Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails regularly for such updates.

Shipping within India

We offer free shipping on all products when paid for online by credit card, debit card or net banking.

International Shipping

We ship all over the world, at a flat rate calculated by weight for different zones. When you review your order in the checkout, you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected.

Order and Shipping Process

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 7-10 business days. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order.

Returns and Exchange:

If you are unhappy with your product or if it has been damaged in transit, please contact us at info@talithacollection.com as soon as possible. Talithacollection.com will accept exchange/refund only if the following conditions are met:

* Intimation should be sent to info@talithacollection.com within 7 days of receiving the package.

* If you received the wrong size or color (Kindly note that perceived color differences due to the display settings of your computer monitor are not grounds for a refund.

* If you received damaged, mis-shipped or an imperfect garment in printing or sewing.

* The tags on the product should be intact.

* The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.

* The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

THE CUSTOMER MAY NOT BE LIABLE FOR A REFUND IF HE/SHE FALLS IN ANY OF THE SCENARIOS STATED BELOW:

* Customer fails to provide adequate information about the case.

* Customer fails to provide snapshots of the packet and box (if any). If an opened delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made the same day.

* Customer must not dispose the packaging for 3-4 days post delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.

Please note, that we are unable to reimburse shipping costs, including those to return the product to Talitha. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage on returning the item to us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. The refund for prepaid orders will be initiated after investigation, which usually requires 5-6 business days. The process will include investigation with the concerned departments.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
